Tomorrow (Thr 2/28) RTS sells FSLR and buys GILD at the open.
SPX rallied and closed above its 20 D-SMA. Chances are excellent now that rally continues and we see new highs in all major indices soon. My plan is to do my 3rd buy either tomorrow or on Friday on a pull back, possibly a back test of 20 D-SMA.
