@ 12:05 - Draghi yesterday said one important thing and that was the idea that ECB would buy corporate bonds. Whether or not he gets to do that is a different story and we have to wait and see.  If ECB actually starts to buy corporate bonds, that would in a way enable big corporations to issue bonds almost at zero percent and use the money to buy back their own stocks.
